If there are any restored teeth that break, chip, change color, or fall over time, we got your back and your wallet.
It's a simple statement that provides you reassurance on how serious we are about your health.
Here are our conditions (also known as the no fine prints) -
Condition # 1: You need to maintain your therapeutic dental cleaning visits with a registered dental hygienist, mostly preferred in our office but is not required. If you don't have your gum or teeth cleaning done at least twice a year, the warranty is off the table.
Why this condition?
You would not buy a fancy and expensive car and never do an oil change every 3,000 to 5, 000 miles, would you?
What keeps the longevity and allows the quality of our products to stand the test of time is to be in an environment where oral bacteria and dental plaque is controlled.
The only way to do that is through a professional dental cleaning done two to four times a year depending on your particular situation.
To keep your warranty, you need to keep your dental cleanings, at a minimum, to twice a year. Fair deal?
Condition # 2: If you use your restored teeth “as tools” per se, such as opening bottles, or any other thing in the same line of vocational activities, you are on your own!
Condition # 3: The warranty is null and void if you are struck by lightning or any other unfortunate accident or unexpected trauma (car accident, a bar brawl, a street fight and the likes).
Condition # 4: After 5 years, the only cost that you will bear is our laboratory expense. Any other labor and materials will be waived for you.
